(1) When you do not have enough available funds in your WBank Account to cover the transaction, we will return the item whenever possible at no cost to you. While this account prevents you from overdrawing in most cases, there may still be times when your account could have a negative balance. For example, this could happen if a transaction is approved for one amount, but the actual charge is more than the amount of money in your account. This may occur when you use your debit card for a meal and then add a tip. In this situation, the full payment may go through and result in a negative balance on your account, but we will not charge you an overdraft fee.
(2) The setup fee is waived. All other POS and ATM charges will still apply including surcharges that may be imposed by non-Woodforest ATM owners and operators.
